Follow your host, Keith Power, on a trip through the south! We'll be visiting all the hot spots of Nashville, Tennessee and discovering some of the beautiful music and memories that have been made there throughout the years. From the Opry to the Ryman and everything in between. The night will feature songs and comedy by the stunning Karla-Jane Pilgrim and Kim Conway. The night will also include a fabulous Southern meal by Michelle Doyle from her successful Doyle's Daily Dish online show.

Inspired by Nashville Hot Chicken, Doyle's is brined in pickle juice and buttermilk, lightly breaded and fried with a side of her HOT sauce for brave souls or a sweet heat for more sensitive pallets, served with Doyle’s Green Beans and Sweet Potato Mash
DESSERT - Screech Trifle – Our signature delicious Screech rum cake smothered in Bailey’s custard and berries, topped with Chantilly cream
