When selecting hors d’oeurves, we require a minimum order of 6 different selections and a minimum of 4 dozen/selection. For cocktail receptions scheduled prior to a meal, we suggest 6-8 pieces/person. For a stand-up reception only, 8-12 pieces/person.

Servers for off-site events are available for $20/hour/and an on-site chef is available for $25/hour. Minimum 2 hour call.
